It's been a very long time since my last post here.

Well oh well, here I am back to the cyber-world....

recently I've been having problem with my digestion..

It's been like a constant burping,

so yes I did google them " Why do I keep on burping ? "

and it came out with these results..

Gas,Bloating,and Burping - Prevention

Gas, bloating, and burping

You may be able to prevent gas, burping, and bloating.

Take steps to avoid swallowing air:
- Eat slowly. Avoid gulping food or beverages. When you rush through meals or eat on the run, you are more likely to swallow air.
- Chew your food thoroughly before you swallow.
- Avoid drinking through a straw.
- Avoid chewing gum or eating hard candy.
- Do not smoke or use other tobacco products.
- If you wear dentures, check with a dentist to make sure they fit properly.
- Keep calm. Tension and anxiety can cause you to swallow air.
Keep a food diary if you suspect that gas is caused by certain foods. Write down what you eat or drink and when symptoms occur to help you identify foods or drinks that may cause gas. Once these problem foods are identified, avoid or limit them to reduce or prevent symptoms.
- Talk with your health professional or a dietitian about ways to maintain a balanced diet if you want to permanently eliminate certain foods or drinks. For more information, see the topic Healthy Eating.
- If you suspect milk or other dairy products are causing your symptoms, try limiting or eliminating these foods. For more information, see the topicLactose Intolerance.
- If you cook with dry beans, soak them in water overnight, then pour off the water and cook the soaked beans in fresh water. This may reduce the amount of natural sugars in the beans after the cooling process and help prevent gas and bloating.
Do not overeat. Large meals can make you feel bloated. Try eating 6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones.

Avoid laxatives.
Use an antigas product that you can buy without a prescription.

- If you have lactose intolerance, lactase enzyme supplements, such as Dairy Ease and LactAid, can be taken with dairy products to help break down lactose in food.
- Peppermint and other herbs (carminatives) that soothe the digestive tract may permit belching and decrease bloating after large meals.
Exercise regularly.

You may be able to prevent the hiccups by avoiding things that trigger them.

Procedures for applying work in china:

1. Before the employee entering china (or/ after employee being accepted)
Employer should apply for Employment License first in municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau Reception Center of Employment Affairs of Foreigners, for the employee.

Document Required:
- Passport
- Passport size photos (2inch/寸)
- CV (English & Chinese .V)
- Previous Employee letter (stating employee has worked for at least 2 years)
note. They take importance of the Chinese version, they don't care other language but required as formality.
5 work days /no charge

2. The employer shall apply a letter of Z visa notification go through formalities.
3work days/￥20

3. The employer shall mail the document above and original Employment License to the employee oversea
'or' the employee shall get back to their country w/ all the following documents from step 1 & 2

3.5. Employee shall book for his/ her VISA PHYSICAL EXAMINATION in their home country.

For example.
Home Country : Singapore
Recommended Hospital (Any will do) :
- SGH (Singapore general Hospital), Block 7 CONTACT
- Raffles Hospital CONTACT
Full body examination tests: Blood Check, Urine Check, Chest X-ray, Vision, Height & Weight, Doctor Consultation

4. The employee shall apply forthwith for Z visa at Chinese embassy/consulate/Vise office in Employee’ nation.

Document Required:
- letter of Z visa notification
- original Employment License (+copy)
- Passport
- Passport photo x2
- Report from. Visa Health Check (Takes 3-4 working days)
within 30 days from date of the letter issue.

note.
In the meantime, you can ask your employer to BOOK your PHYSICAL EXAMINATION in CHINA,
to reduce waiting/ processing time-

5. After entering China with Z Visa,
the employee shall make Physical examination at Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.

It takes about (at least) 1-2months

Q.「What if the employee has been residing in China. Does He/ She still has to go back to home country & apply Z-visa?」
Sad to say, YES.
There's rumor that you can do it in Hongkong, but for most cases,
they would ask you to go back and apply Z-VISA (working visa) back in your home country.

Q.「How long does the process will take "approximately" in my home-country?」
It's really hard to say.
If u are lucky like me o(^▽^)o. It takes 5 Working Days.
2 working days of HEALTH CHECK results (Ask for. URGENT)
3 working days of Z-VISA processing (Ask for. EXPRESS Process)
However, the most safe way is to plan your trip for 2 week,
although 1 week is possible and consider as RUSH luck ♣

Lesson Learnt.

① How do you know if YEAST is alive or dead ?

" When mix w/ warm water, make sure there's Bubble →← Alive "

② How many times does the dough have to RISE ?

" 2x : First under 28-30ºC for 30-40mins | Second under 38-40ºC for 20-30mins "

③ How to make sure if its well risen for the FIRST RISE ?

" Sprinkle your index finger w/ flour and punch down to the buttom of the dough..

if the dough doesnt bounce back it means it's READY!! "

④ When do I have to do the SECOND RISE ?

" After you knead the dough into a bread.. filling in content/ decorate its outer part. "

⑤ BAKE ?

" Yes, after the first and second rise. BAKE with normal heat.. 180ºC "

Sculpting industrial cast-offs into iconic Kimono shapes, there's a great basic tension in Gordon Chandler's work that comes from the tactile differences between his materials and subjects. The contrasts are the natural outcome of his Duchampian use of found materials. "I have a very practical bent," he says, "I use things of very little value and elevate them. I study the objects that we decorate our lives with and reconfigure them in my own language." The 55-gallon drum is a container used worldwide to deliver a wide variety of materials. They are widely recognized, ubiquitous symbols of commerce. Once delivered and emptied of their original contents, they are used for a variety of different outcomes. The discarded steel drum bears a history of wear and travel on its surface. From these containers, Chandler chooses the ones with the most intriguing composition and patinas. For him, there is often some reference to the patterned silk fabric of traditional robes. The process from here is like origami. First the barrel is cleaned. Then he cuts the two ends out, cuts it the long way and flatten the hollow cylinder. Left is a rectangle. Through a series of cuts, folds, and a little welding the garment becomes apparent.
